EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT (Friday, July 24th):

THE BUFFET TRIO- Chris Weldon (prepared electric bass, sampler), Aaron Putnam (keys + electronic drums), Gerard Cox (traps, percussion, Kaoss pad). We're all foodies and usually end up talking about food and restaurants at the end of a session....the music is also quite eclectic....hence-- Buffet. We also have another band called Buffett that is based on our love of entrepreneurs like Warren Buffett. Or Jimmy Buffett, another high-flying entrepreneur.

Remember the solo set Hasan did last summer??......there were college kids out on the fire escape cheering. Now Hasan adds a concert-grade balafon to the mix.
