This is a piece from a brooklyn based visual artists known simply as Lala.

Personally, I like the work because, while I think there is a lot of this going on, I think this example in particular shows a strong sensibility for colour and for layout. I think that the overall emotional effect of the subject matter (creepy) is rendered mute by the barrage of color.
